CLE in partnership with The Stokes Family, CSU, and the General Public will feature a two and three dimensional art exhibit in the Stephanie Tubbs Jones Art Gallery commemorating the 50th Anniversary of Carl Stokes election as Mayor and the groundbreaking role of his brother Louis Stokes.
