United Way Veterans’ Project Connect

In honor of Carl and Louis Stokes, both of whom served in the U.S Army, United Way’s Day of Service for our Veterans event will connect veterans to much-needed United Way basic need services and other community resources.

These services will include:

Health services
Housing services
Job services
Emergency assistance & benefits
Legal/ court issue services
VA benefits
Haircuts

Lunch and light refreshments for our Veterans
